Diana Kelley - Conference Chair

​Diana Kelley’s security career spans over 30 years. She is Co-Founder and CTO of SecurityCurve and donates much of her time to volunteer work in the cybersecurity community, including serving on the ACM Ethics & Plagiarism Committee, as CTO and Board member at Sightline Security, Board member and Inclusion Working Group champion at WiCyS, Cybersecurity Committee Advisor at CompTIA, Advisory Council, Bartlett College of Science and Mathematics, Bridgewater State University, and RSAC US Program Committee. Diana produces the #MyCyberWhy series and is the host of BrightTALK’s The (Security) Balancing Act and co-host of the Your Everyday Cyber podcast. Diana is also a Principal Consulting Analyst at TechVision Research and a member of The Analyst Syndicate. She was the Cybersecurity Field CTO for Microsoft, Global Executive Security Advisor at IBM Security, GM at Symantec, VP at Burton Group (now Gartner), and a Manager at KPMG. She is a sought after keynote speaker, the co-author of the books Practical Cybersecurity Architecture and Cryptographic Libraries for Developers, has been a lecturer at Boston College's Masters program in cybersecurity, the EWF 2020 Executive of the Year, and one of Cybersecurity Ventures 100 Fascinating Females Fighting Cybercrime.

Galina Datskovsky - Content Committee Co-Chair

Dr. Galina Datskovsky, CRM, FAI and serial entrepreneur is an internationally recognized information governance, privacy, compliance, security and artificial intelligence expert. Galina is currently a member of multiple start up boards. She previously held the position of SVP of Information Governance at Autonomy/HP and was General Manager of the Information Governance Business Unit and SVP of Architecture while at CA Technologies. She joined CA in 2006 with the acquisition of MDY Group International, where she was founder and CEO.
Galina currently sits on the advisory board of the Executive Woman’s Forum. She is a champion of the entrepreneurial spirit as she has served on the board of multiple startups, assisting with strategy and continues to support the startup community. Galina served as Chair, President, President Elect and Director of ARMA International (2007-2013) and has been widely published in academic journals, speaking frequently for industry organizations worldwide. She was designated a Distinguished Engineer while at CA (2006-10), was the recipient of the prestigious Emmet Leahy award (2013) and was named a Fellow of ARMA International (2014).
Prior to founding MDY, Galina consulted for IBM and Bell Labs and taught at the Fordham University Graduate School of Business and the Graduate School of Arts and Sciences at Columbia University. She earned her doctoral, master’s and bachelor’s degrees in Computer Science from Columbia University. 

Nafi Diallo - Content Committee Co-Chair

​Nafi Diallo is a Security Engineer at AWS Security. She received her PhD in Computer Science from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and her B.S. in Applied Maths and CS from her Gaston Berger State University in Senegal.  She has a passion for secure by default and enjoys working on automated API Security solutions in the context of the cloud. She has worked in her current role since 2016. In addition, she is a strong advocate for women in tech. She has been involved in outreach activities since college where she held various club leadership roles. She actively mentors young women at and outside work.


​Outside of work, Nafi enjoys spending time with her two young girls, biking, cooking and dancing together.

Suzanne Hall - Content Committee Co-Chair

​Suzanne is Global CISO and head of infrastructure for the Alimentation Couche-Tard (ACT) companies, commonly called Circle K.  Circle K operates approximately 15,500 stores globally with primary operations in North American and Europe.  Suzanne is responsible for building a cyber security program across all the ACT brands as well as leading infrastructure operations across networks and platforms.  


Prior to joining ACT, Suzanne was Managing Director at PwC where she led the Washington DC Cybersecurity and Privacy practice.  She has over 20 years of experience as a security and technology executive and returned to PwC after several successful years as a CIO and CISO in industry.  

Suzanne is experienced at aligning technology and organizations to drive organizational performance and growth.  She has a proven ability to establish and align on vision, execute in organizations and diverse industries, and deliver solutions that balance risk, business realities, and operational impacts. Recognized for excellence in innovation, strategy, and information security that produces results, she creates positive change through business collaboration and high-performance teams. She has extensive experience with strategic planning, security and compliance programs, outsourcing, cloud solutions, and technology management. 

Suzanne holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Information Systems Auditor and Certified Information Security Manager.  She also serves on the Board of Advisors for the Executive Women’s Forum.  Suzanne spends time in both Washington DC and Tempe, AZ.

Jane Harper - ​Content Committee Co-Chair

​​Jane has over 18 years of Risk, Compliance, Audit and Security experience.  In her current role Jane leads a team of security risk professionals who partner with business and technology leaders to help them better understand how they perceive and manage information security risk. Throughout her career she has led the vision, strategy, implementation and sustain of, technology, information security, internal audit, risk and compliance, programs.  The scope of Jane’s work includes various types and sizes of domestic and international organizations on multiple continents for the heavily regulated insurance, healthcare and financial services industries. 
 
Jane is an Executive Board Member for the National Cyber Security Alliance.  She was also one of the founding members of the Michigan Healthcare Cybersecurity Council where she Co-Chaired the Third-Party Risk Management Sub-Committee.  Jane previously served on the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS) National Professional Development and Workforce Committee and was one of the founding members of the Oakland’s Next___ Committee. 
 
Jane’s contributions to her field through affiliations with organizations like GAISP, ISSA, PCISCC and WEDI have helped to shape the HIPAA Security law, the PCIDSS Standards and the GAISP initiative. Jane holds several designations and certifications MSIA, CISA, CRCMP, ISA, PCIP, CISSP and both undergraduate and graduate degrees.

​Jane has earned several industry recognitions and awards, including Crain’s Detroit’s 40 under 40, Crain’s Detroit Notable Woman in Tech, Oakland County Elite 40 Under 40, and Michigan Chronicle’s Woman of Excellence.

Sandra Lind - Content Committee Co-Chair

​Sandra (Sandy) Lind currently serves as Security Programs Director for Oracle. She moved to Houston after spending nearly a decade in Washington, DC where she provided IT support and business consultation to the FBI, National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), and Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA).  Her IT experience and passion are rooted in Information Security, Business Process Reengineering, and Business Transformation.  In addition to this experience, Sandy maintains close ties to NASA where she began her career and where her husband still works in Public Relations.  Outside of work, Sandy enjoys sports, traveling and the ever-evolving journey of raising two toddlers. Sandy is currently working on her TT200 Yoga Certification.

Stacy Mill - Content Committee Co-Chair

​Stacy has developed many teams across several industries.  Currently, serving as the Chief Technology Officer for the State of Kansas, 
as the state’s top technology executive, playing an integral role in the strategic direction, development, and evolution of our state’s digital strategy across all technology stacks including information security and privacy. As CISO and VP, Enterprise Risk and Global Compliance, of Spirit AeroSystems, Stacy lead global compliance and cybersecurity strategy and teams. Her passion for protecting the company’s digital assets bridged, security architecture, vulnerability management, information governance, compliance initiatives as well as information assurance.  Collaborating with her business partners, Stacy ensured enterprise risk and compliance was understood, mitigated and controlled to business acceptable levels through building trust and awareness at all levels of the organization.  At KAR Global, an auction corporation which operates a complete IT solution throughout North America and UK, she built the business continuity, disaster recovery, security architecture, operations, information risk and compliance strategy and teams. At Yum, Stacy built dynamic international teams to address all aspects of information security.  Under her strategic leadership, Yum Brands achieved global PCI/SOX/HIPAA/Safe Harbor compliance, built out underlying security infrastructures and kept ahead of the myriad of US and international data privacy laws. Stacy started in security as Humana Military’s Chief Security Officer after holding numerous positions in her 17-year career in IT at Humana Inc. and worked closely with the Department of Defense as a member of the Information Assurance Work Group (IAWG) and the Overseas Security Advisory Council (OSAC).  

Jennifer Minella - Content Committee Co-Chair

​Jennifer Minella is VP of Engineering and Security with Carolina Advanced Digital, Inc. In her engineering role, she leads strategic research and consulting for government, education, and Fortune 100 & 500 corporations. In addition to her normal roles, Jennifer (JJ) is a published author, consultant, and internationally-recognized speaker. Jennifer's also known for introducing mindfulness-based leadership to individuals and organizations in infosec. And aside from meditation and security, she's a competitive powerlifter and dancer. She also loves Figment, the imagination dragon.

Amy Rambia - Content Committee Co-Chair

​An avid problem solver with a passion for delivering delightful user experiences, Amy's industry experience is at the intersection of Productivity, AI and Search. Over a span of 12 years, she has led vision alignment and roadmap execution of features across products such as Outlook Mobile, Cortana, Windows at Microsoft, Siri at Apple and now Content Collaboration at Slack. Amy is a strong advocate for Women in STEM, actively mentors young women and has led a STEAM camp in Rwanda, Africa. Amy has strong roots with the EWF and RLF communities. She is the first EWF INI fellow, awarded 2007, at Carnegie Mellon University and is currently serving as a co-lead for the Meet ups action team.
