FAQ
The below FAQs and policies are subject to change based on the EWF's discretion at any time.
What date/time is the EWF Conference?
The conference officially starts on Tuesday November 7th @ 1pm CT and goes through Thursday November 9th until 1pm CT. We will have pre-conference sessions and workshops available (Subject to change) prior to Tuesday. The agenda will be posted in August 2023.
Who can attend?
Any woman in the cybersecurity, risk management and privacy industry is welcome to attend the EWF Conference.
How do I register?

What does registration include?
Registration includes coffee break service, Tuesday evening networking reception with heavy appetizers and cocktails, Wednesday & Thursday breakfast, Wednesday lunch, and Wednesday Gala Dinner and Cocktail Party.

Conference Attire
The conference attire is business smart. Be sure to check the weather for the local forecast and pack accordingly. We do recommend that you pack a few light layers as the meeting spaces tend to be on the chilly side.
How can I receive my Continuing Education Credits (CPE) from attending the EWF Conference?
In the registration form you can indicate whether you will want to or not receive CPEs from attending the EWF Conference.
Is there a virtual option to attend the conference?
The EWF is thrilled to welcome everyone back for an in-person conference at the Hyatt Regency in San Antonio, TX. At this moment, there will not be a virtual option to attend the EWF Conference.
Where can I book my hotel room?
The EWF’s room block at the Hyatt Regency Hill Country Resort and Spa can be accessed here. The EWF room block will be released after October 3, 2023. Please be sure to get your hotel room before October 3rd, 2023. in order to take advantage of our discount code. Reservation requests received after the cut-off date will be based on availability at the hotel’s prevailing rates. We do have limited availability at our overflow hotel. All information can be accessed on our Hotel & Venue webpage.
What happens if during the EWF Conference I feel ill/sick?
We ask that you please notify a member of the EWF staff as soon as possible.
Cancellation Policy
Registrants who cancel prior to the Annual Conference or do not attend the EWF Conference forfeit their entire registration fee. Substitutions are allowed with the written permission of the original registrant and the EWF. If you need to cancel within 7 days of the conference date due to a COVID illness you can transfer your registration or receive a full credit toward next year’s conference.

Code of Conduct
